Smoke N' Mirrors exclusively uses full-grain vegetable tanned leather, which is widely recognized as the most durable and highest quality leather in the world. It is also eco friendly because it doesn't use harsh chemicals during manufacturing plus it is a recycled byproduct of the meat and dairy industry.

What does "pre-order" or "sold out" mean?
Some products are limited editions and therefore are only made a specific amount of times. Once these limited edition pieces are listed as "sold out," they will not be produced again.

When reviewing your cart you will have a section called "special instructions for seller," please specify here that all or part of your order should be wrapped as a gift.
What payment methods do you accept?
At checkout you can choose the option to "pay later with Klarna" which gives you the opportunity to order your favorite accessories now and pay for them in monthly payments. This means you don't need to pay everything in full at checkout.
To make monthly payments you do not need to already have an account with Klarna. You will be walked through the steps at checkout once you select this option.

Worldwide Shipping Policy
Shipment Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped on holidays.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:
Basic shipping does not include tracking. We highly recommend choosing premium shipping at checkout, which includes tracking and insurance on damaged items.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Shipping Rates:
Basic shipping costs €5 worldwide and does not include tracking or insurance.
Premium shipping costs €10 worldwide and includes tracking and insurance.
All orders over €75 get free premium shipping worldwide, which includes tracking and insurance.
Undelivered Orders:
Orders are sent to the shipping address provided on the order. Smoke-N-Mirrors.net is not responsible for shipments that are returned or not delivered due to an incorrect shipping address, or orders that tracking indicates delivery but are not found due to theft, delivery to incorrect address, etc.
For questions about the delivery of your order, please contact the carrier (use tracking number emailed to you upon shipment). Re-shipment will be billed accordingly based on the new shipping address (if applicable) and/or signature required upon delivery if necessary.
Orders that are shipped with basic shipping do not include tracking. Therefore, we recommend always choosing premium shipping at checkout for better delivery. Premium shipping is free on all orders over €75.
Smoke-N-Mirrors.net is not responsible for shipments that are not delivered with basic shipping. Because there is no tracking with this option, there is no way to relocate your package. For problems with basic shipping, please contact the shipping carrier.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
Smoke-N-Mirrors.net is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc).
Damages:
While we use best practices and materials to package your item for safety in transit, Smoke-N-Mirrors.net is not liable for any items damaged or lost during shipping. Orders that are shipped with premium shipping have insurance coverage on damaged items.
If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. Prior to opening your shipment, it is helpful to take photos of the package if the damage is visible on the outside, as well as taking photos of the damaged item itself.
Shipping Times:
The delivery times listed for each country are estimated, and can vary if there are delays with the shippers. Smoke-N-Mirrors.net is not responsible for packages arriving later than expected.
Premium shipping takes 9 to 12 days to ship to the USA, Australia, Canada, Mexico, Turkey, China, and Russia.
Premium shipping takes 5 to 9 days to ship to Great Britain, France, Greece, Italy, Spain, Germany, Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Switzerland, Faroe Islands, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Czech Republic, Ireland, and Poland.
Basic shipping takes up to 30 days to ship worldwide and does not include tracking.

Return and Exchange Policy
Returns:
Returns are accepted within 14 days of confirmed delivery and must arrive to us in perfect condition. Returns can be changed for store credit only.
Shipping charges will not be refunded, and return shipment costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require your order details such as order number and may need a receipt or proof of purchase. If you would like to request a return, please contact us by filling out the form at the bottom of this page or email us at Liz.Chasse@Smoke-N-Mirrors.net
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and carefully inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Memberships and gift cards are refunded on a case by case basis. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please email us at Liz.Chasse@Smoke-N-Mirrors.net or fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page.
Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at Liz.Chasse@Smoke-N-Mirrors.net or fill out the contact form at the bottom of this page.
Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
